What’s the role?
We're looking for a storyteller and producer to own Every's video presence across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and emerging channels—making Every impossible to miss for AI-forward founders. You'll be the architect of Every’s social video strategy, capturing the energy from the cutting edge of AI and translating it into content that drives discovery, sparks conversation, and dramatically scales top-of-funnel growth.

What you’ll do
Drive top-of-funnel growth through platform-native social video
- Lead creative on our social channels (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn), using video to turn them into discovery engines
- Create 3-5 compelling videos per week that showcase Every's ideas, products, and trainings
Extract and amplify founder, company, and product storytelling
- Work directly with the CEO and product GMs to identify the insights, workshop moments, and breakthrough ideas worth turning into social video content
- Build internal systems to quickly and effectively capture the best content opportunities from in-flight work
Stay at the forefront of AI-powered video creation
- Master and deploy cutting-edge AI video tools to create effective content, faster, without sacrificing quality
- Experiment with new formats, hooks, and distribution tactics across platforms
Build brand moments that shift the growth curve
- Collaborate with Growth and Editorial to create cross-platform campaigns around product launches, partnerships, and AI trends
- Transform our "build in public" philosophy into video content that resonates with our target personas
What we’re looking for
3-7 years of experience in social video creation and strategy
- You've built a social channel from scratch or scaled video content at a media company, brand, or agency
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates platform-native thinking and measurable results
